4Bent Crew, a dance team in Ghana has recounted the incidents that led to a car accident they were involved in on Sunday dawn, after Stonebwoy’s Ashaiman To The World Concert where they performed.
Chello, a member of the crew, who spoke to Sammy Flex on Zylofon FM’s News Review disclosed that the bus conductor died on the spot, while the driver took to his heels and hasn’t been found up to date. The dance crew however suffered injuries, with one suffering a bone fracture in his leg.
According to Chello, Sidi, manager of Stonebwoy invited them to Ashaiman To The World Concert after their performance with Stonebwoy at the Glo Concert. The group was initially reluctant because of monetary issues but eventually decided to surprise the Bhim Natives with their presence. Chello, further disclosed that the dance team had a video shoot on the day of the concert, and as a result they got to the venue of the concert, Saka Saka Park, late and tired.
Immediately after their performance, they decided to leave to their various destinations to rest. The group, according to Chello, hopped on a 207 sprinter bus heading to Circle from the Saka Saka Park between the hours of 4am and 5am. The group had several arguments with the driver for overspeeding while on the motorway. While on the journey, the dance crew, which happened to be the only passengers on the bus, all fell into a nap, because they were all very tired.
Chello, further disclosed that, even in his nap, he felt the bus speed up but he could not continue to pest the driver over slowing down because he was too tired. The next thing they realised was, they were involved in an accident. The bus conductor had died on the spot, but the driver fled, he told Sammy Flex. Chello also revealed that a police patrol came to rush them to the 37 Military Hospital for medical treatment. The management of Stonebwoy, Bhim Natives and other artistes have also reached out to them to check on them.
