Popularly known for their “Pen And Paper” album, Kojo Cue and Lil Shaker are perceived to be one of Ghana’s strongest music groups, however, the two have disputed such assumptions.
The fast rising musicians have revealed in an interview on Zylofon FM’s Showbiz Agenda that, they are not a group.
“We are not a group, many people assume we are but that’s not the case” they corrected.
Signed unto the BBnZ record label, Kojo and Shaker disclosed that they will be working on separate projects soon.
According to them, they are avoiding the “music group” tag because they want to prevent controversies once they start working on individual projects.
Meanwhile, they maintained that, for events bookings, they come as a package, hence promoters who want their services are required to book the two.
They said, “you can’t book Kojo Cue without Lil Shaker and vice versa. We are a package and we go hand in hand.”
Kojo Cue and Lil Shaker are currently promoting their recently released single dubbed, “Things We Do For Love”, which featured rapper Sarkodie and Kidi.
