Spokesperson for Zylofon Events and Zylofon Cash, Halifax Ansah Addo has admitted, the money he paid to aid Wisa’s bail came from his personal coffers and not that of Zylofon Media.
“I gave out money to get Wisa out of jail from my own pocket. Zylofon had nothing to do with it”, he told Sammy Flex, host of Showbiz Agenda.
In 2016, Wisa, during a performance did the unthinkable by showing his manhood on stage. This ¨unholy¨ act ended him at the wrong side of the law. After two years, the court finally gave its verdict on the case by slapping a fine of 8,400 cedi on him for falling foul of the law.
Wisa´s failure to honour the fine, warranted a two-year jail time.
According to Halifax, Wisa is a close pal of his and thus decided to help him out when it seemed no one was available to offer him help.
He added, his affiliation with popular media outfit, Zylofon has nothing to do with the gesture.
