Broadcast Journalist, George Quaye has jabbed Musah Superior, Mayor of the Northern Regional capital, over comments he made following the tragic death of 8 Fancy Gadam fans.
George, who doubles as Head Of Communications for Charterhouse has called the Mayor’s comments hasty, and demands that the latter renders an apology to Fancy Gadam.
Musah Superior, who praised Fancy for great discipline last year, when he held a concert with Sarkodie took an opposite turn after the incidence.
The Mayor further blamed Fancy Gadam for the death of his 8 fans.
He said, “We won’t allow one individual to take the whole Tamale to ransom. i have spoken to him and his managers but they will not listen. Why will he want to use the blood of people to make money.”
George fumed over the lack of remorse in the mayor’s remarks, calling him a hypocrite.
He further accused Musah Superior of incapability of handling his job hence blaming Fancy for his[Superior] shortcomings.
“He should be ashamed of himself. As a Mayor, what has he done to educate bikers on wearing helmets while driving. He is incompetent to work in the capacity of his office, hence, he wants Fancy to take the fall”, George told Sammy Flex on Zylofon 1o2.1 FM.
