Manager of songstress Raquel, Stephen Creppy has stressed that musicians should reduce the rampant release of tribute songs after catastrophes and take actions to cease such adversities.
Creppy, who is a panel member on popular morning entertainment program, Showbiz Agenda told host, Sammy Flex that, it is high time artistes did something else to encourage change in attitude of Ghanaians, since the tribute songs have not proven to help the situation
“We are not stopping the re-occurrence of these happenings. We are still doing the wrong thing. Our artistes should have a constructive plan, after releasing a song to make change. After Ebony’s death, about six people have died at the same spot, the situation of the road is same”, he stated.
He urged musicians to hold concerts to promote good behavior amongst the public.
He further recommended artistes to take affirmative actions to protest and combat acts that cause such disasters.
