Stonebwoy with this has won the award for best Dancehall artiste of the year at the 2019 AFRIMA for the 3rd time proving his worth on the continent and why he’s the only African dancehall artist to win a BET award.
He won it for the first time in 2015, then in 2018 and 2019 is his the third time he’s winning it.
For this year’s own, he was in the same category with the likes of Daphe (Cameroon), Navy Kenzo (Tanzania) Patoranking( Nigeria) Paris (Nigeria) Rosa Ree (Tanzania) Rudeboy (Nigeria), Shatta Wale (Ghana) Timaya (Nigeria) Winky D (Zimbabwe)
He performed on the night with his Bhim band and got the crowd entertained.
