“One Corner” hit maker, Patapaa has promised Ghanaians 48 free recording deals every year.
Patapaa, who has become a household name, along with his fanbase, Patupa Nation, as part of their way of giving back to the people of Sweduro, will be presenting new artistes with the opportunity of rising to fame.
He told Sammy Flex on Zylofon 102.1 FM that, this initiative is to help the youth of Sweduro, who have passion for music to grow their artistry.
Patapaa also mentioned that, after the recording deal, his team will undertake promotional works for the songs.
According to him, this initiative has received massive backings from many in society.
“All the DJ’s in Sweduro are on hold, waiting for these songs to drop so they can push it. The support from Ghanaians have been overwhelming”, he said.
The musician, who recently rebranded, changing his name to Patapeezy has also affirmed that, as part of the promotions for the songs, his team will be organizing a monthly concert, where the new artistes will perform their music.
Though many have said this project is too much for his developing brand to undertake, the “Aye Goal” hit maker as disagreed.
According to him, even after his departure from music scenes, the project will still hold.
