Customers of gold dealership firm, MenzGold Limited have sent words of encouragement to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the firm, Nana Appiah Mensah also known as NAM 1 following the successful payment of the first batch of MenzGold customers today December 27, 2019.
Via his Instagram post announcing the feat excitedly today, NAM1 stated his commitment to continually making payments despite existing challenges as soon as possible.

I note with excitement that, the first batch from the first category of the Menzgold payment schedule has been successfully made today; 27th December, 2019 by the “third party” appointed. I admit that, the momentum is not as fast as we desire in the face of; the bank accounts freeze, assets preservation and more importantly, huge sum of debts owed Menzgold overseas not yet recovered, but we’re committed to providing payment service with speed in the weeks ahead, as we endeavor to overcome these impediments in the best interest of all customers, stakeholders and for the good people of our dear republic. It would be recalled that,the firm through its Communications Director, Mr Nii Armah Amartefio announced the payment schedule and formula last week, following a broader consultation to bring finality to the issue at stake.
While some customers were comparing his courage for staying in the country amidst the challenges to some collapsed CEOs who are still at large, others too were of the belief that with time, Nam 1 would pay off the locked up cash.
