MTN Ghana yesterday, August 8 launched an initiative which allows creative content producers to monetize their creative works which they named “MTN Shortz” at the MTN House in Accra.
According to the acting Chief Marketing Officer, Mr. Noel Kojo-Ganson, “MTN is committed to ensuring that customers enjoy the full benefit of the internet” therefore the launch of “MTN Shortz” and “MTN Shortz Challenge”.
“MTN Shortz” is a platform that will empower customers digitally and serve as a reference point for them to access short video content like comedy, animation, podcast, games, and films. This platform is also expected to be a revenue-generating source for content developers.
The “MTN Shortz Challenge” is a competition that will earn content creators of the “MTN Shortz” platform who win the competition juicy packages.
To participate in the challenge, visit mtn.com.gh/shortz to register by providing your information and upload your videos. Submission of content ends on 27th August 2018. Participants of the “MTN Shortz Challenge” stand the chance of winning cash prizes up to a total of GHC 50,000.
The launch was graced by media personalities such as Naa Ashorkor, Kafui Danku, Kojo Asamoah, Peter Sedufia, SDK, Aaron Adatsi, etc.
