Multiple award winning reggae/dancehall artiste, Stonebwoy has mentioned that it is not very easy to ensure unity amongst artistes.
Speaking to Andy Dosty on Daybreak Hitz, the ‘Bawasaba’ Hitmaker explained that ensuring unity amongst artistes involves a lot of moves that are difficult to comprehend. Stonebwoy further added that ensuring unity also requires the artistes to drop their egos, which is a very difficult exercise.
He also revealed that on other fronts where music seems to be progressive, their artistes seems to be unified.
”Other people look unified. We don’t look that way”, he mentioned.
Stonebwoy also mentioned that for artistes to come together, die hard fans must be made to understand and corporate, but that is difficult to achieve. In the process, some artistes will lose some fans.
”We lead the army. Fans move where we move. Some may misunderstand and fall”, he stated.
Stonebwoy has an upcoming annual event, Ashaiman To The World, slated for 27th September at the Saka Saka Park.
