Rev. IK Aning after making claims that he did not receive anything from the Natonal Democratic Congress (NDC) delegates for using his hit song, ‘Bobolebobo’ in the making of the Mahama version of the song which was used at their congress, today on ‘Showbiz Agenda’ let out the fact that he will still perform for the political party if he is asked to.
Speaking with Sammy Flex host of ‘Showbiz Agenda’ on Zylofon 102.1 FM, he stated that, “I will perform at their congress if I am asked to if only I will be asked to perform the actual song without the name of any politician being mentioned in the song.”
He further explained that he would only perform on the condition that he will perform the actual song and not edit it with the name of any politician reason being, he does not want to be tagged with any political party since that could affect his career or brand.
Reverend IK Aning started his ministry with the Seventh-day Adventist Church (SDA) but now a Reverend at the Assemblies of God Church in Ghana as well as a singer.
