The management of gospel musician, Cwesi Oteng has debunked rumours that there is some kind of friction between their artiste and his former label, BBnZ.
Speaking to Zylofon 102.1 FM, the business manager of Cwesi Oteng, Dr. Geraldine Ankrah, said the split between Cwesi and his former label was amicable and both parties are currently on good terms.
She was interviewed by Sammy Flex, following their press release in response to some comments, made by Oteng’s former manager, Kwesi Ernest describing him, along with some other artistes as greedy.
Geraldine pointed out that, they believe their artiste has been denigrated in the public domain for far too long, and thus they deem it fit to come out with the truth, to clear the air.
“He is a gospel artiste and these things could affect his career. He is not a greedy artiste; his split from BBnZ was based on mutual understanding“, she pointed out.
She however added that, her team is not expecting an apology from Kwesi Ernest for defaming their artiste, according to her, the truth is out and that is the most important thing.
