The Judicial Chamber of the Financial Control Body for Club (CFCB), chaired by José Narciso da Cunha Rodrigues, took a decision on the AC Milan case following the referral of the CFCB investigative room manager for the violation of fair play rules financial, in particular for the violation of the break-even rule.

The club will not be able to participate in the next UEFA club competition it is qualified for in the next two (2) seasons (one competition in the 2018/19 season or the 2019/20 season, in case of qualification).

Against this decision, it is possible to appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport, according to Article 34 (2) of the procedural regulation governing the UEFA Club Supervisory Body, and according to Articles 62 and 63 of the UEFA Statutes.
